Although Apple won’t officially say if they’re interested in making an OTC hearing aid, both the size of the market and the hearing aid-like features of Apple AirPods Pro suggest—stated or unstated—they'll be there every step of the way.

The only other solution I can think of is go to Settings, Remotes and Devices, Bluetooth, My Devices on the AppleTV and remove the pairing of your hearing aids.
