The stamp on your arisaka is very similar to mine. There is no series mark to the left of the serial number (16xxx) and there appears to be a marking to the right of the serial number, which is almost identical to yours.

School marked, double zeros, etc. Had to remove the neck of a casing in the chamber when I purchased.
