Jul 15, 2023 · Device Unlock. Attempting to switch carriers. I had a prepayment plan so I know I have to use the app. The thing is the app refuses to open. It keeps saying it "keeps stopping". I've tried restarting, powering off, and uninstalling, the app is updated. I've tried it with the old sim and the new one. It refuses to open.
