How to sign out of steam on all devices

I pretty sure I just had someone sign into my account. I was playing a game when I was notified that steam has gone offline for me, so I back out and look to see if my internet is disconnected and mope it's just fine. So I click steam then settings and and next to where it says security it says disconnected unknown something to that effect.
