They usually get back to you within a few days to less than a week. I’ve also heard there is iDoing WhatsApp support, but I’ve not tried that method.

The iDoing head unit is a lot more slimline and doesn't jut out in the back like the OEM headunit, so it apparently doesn't require the same mounting brackets that the OEM uses (I already checked for this while swapping the vents/HVAC components to the new one).
