Mar 8, 2015 · Justfly basically washed their hands of it and said there was nothing they could do for me. They refused to give me a refund, they refused to let me speak with a manager and then put me on hold for over 1 hour. I have a complaint in to the better business bureau. DO NOT USE THEM

Justfly scam. I’ll alert anyone looking to book from justfly not to waste their money or time. It’s run like a scam. I was looking for some flight tickets on kayak and re-direct to justfly website to do final booking. After spending 1/2 hour on Priceline getting more confused and upsold,I called Justfly and got Sara. I cannot begin to tell how different the experience was.
