When I start a new game, I mine some copper, pay 10.000$ to the shinobi thieves to get access to beds + merchants + protection + training dummies. Once I have enough recruits, I buy a destroyed house in the Hub (storm house is the best for what I need), repair it, build a research table and 2 torch posts, that's all.mm it was a exploit if no construction materials where used in repairing them before buying them. but maybe the Dev doesn't want people repairing them until after they buy them. i tend to always repair the broken buildings of the hub and now (exp branch) i can't anymore.. is this intentional? can you still repair buildings you don't own?Click on the doors and see if they are locked shut and what the status of the building is. Basically starting as skelly is a mixed blessing. You don't have to mind the time passing (because no hunger) but repair is tricky. This invites a careful approach. Your best option would be to go to Squin (a bit south from Hub) BUT if you are already bleeding and moneyles, that is no option. Not to mention on that journey you prob would be attacked again.
