Laptop mouse pad not working

And my touchpad will not work. I have gone into deep settings, Device Manager, installed and uninstalled, and even RESET my entire computer, to no avail. Yesterday the touchpad was fine, and yesterday the F7 toggled the touchpad on and off normally. I have also restarted the laptop about 10 times today. Nothing works.
