So its an glitch yeah but it has to do w progressive fatigue. There are 2 ways around it, either bench starters and do depth chart before games, or do subs during the game. On offense, the QB and offensive line starters stay in but only backups are in at HB, WR, and TE. On defense, the starters at MLB, CB1, and FS stay in, but everything else gets replaced with backups.
