For overall range and damage I'd say uchigatanas are better. I'm doing a Reduvia/parry playthrough right now. I want to equip something with more reach and damage SO BAD. You can use any ash of war on those katanas, making them more viable overall. Swinging two of them will use a lot of stamina though.

Double Reduvia is fun tho. Dual Reduvia would be better on an Arcane focused build, but MCS would be the better option for someone with a heavier Dex investment. Just depends on your character.
