Making a skill Legendary in Skyrim is a simple process once the player has reached Level 100 in a skill. In the Skills screen, an option to make the skill Legendary will appear. I updated my game to anniversary edition last night and started a new character for the new content. I have mods that give the character 100 in every skill and after using the mod I can't reset the skills using the Legendary feature (reset the skill to 15 to retrain it and keep leveling).
