I'm pretty new to all this, but something as simple as moving cheats to my RG35xx shouldn't be this difficult. When I put my SD cards into my laptop, I could not find the retroarch folder to add my cheats to it. I only get the stuff in the SD card folder. But when I go to the file viewer through retroarch on my RG35xx, I can find all the files ...Cheats must match the rom. It could be that the cheats are for one rom version and you have another so the code you need to change is in a different place.
